My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

LIFE'S TOO SHORT

Hi Everyone

Happy Easter Sunday to you all.

As usual I have hit my snippets today for joining in the fun with Pixie's Crafty Snippet Challenge - No 15

This week it was time for the green snippets to get a bit of a culling.

My stamp is certainly great for getting rid of some of those smaller pesky pieces I have been clinging onto .. .. but I have to confess that next time I use this stamp I will simply be colouring it .. .. or at least colouring "most of it".

This card will not be being duplicated in a hurry as life is just too short LOL!!   It doesn't look anything compared to the time it took to make it!!

As usual I am taking advantage of it being Sunday and being lazy and not listing anything I have used .. .. but ask away if there is anything you want to know.

If you fancy joining in the fun just follow the link at the top of this post.  No prizes .. .. just the satisfaction of using up some of those offcuts of paper and card that we can't bear to throw away .. .. .. .. and lots of lovely playmates showing you great ways to use up your snippets.

We are having a super chilled and relaxed Sunday here in the House of Hearts .. .. I have installed myself at the table and am going to be getting on with some wedding work whilst hubby has football on in the background.  Happy days!!!

Have a great Sunday everyone and I'll catch you again tomorrow.  Woo hoo!!  Another Bank Holiday!!!

Love

Your card is fabulous as always Jules. I bet it took ages too, all that stamping and cutting. Well worth it though.
Your house sounds like ours, crafty stuff all over the table while Alan shouts at the telly.

Crumbs - I'd rather peel a big dish of grapes Jules! Mind you, the result is truly stunning so worth all the work in the end. Just brilliant!

Enjoy the rest of the Bank Holiday :)

Hi Jules, love this CAS card that I can well believe took an age to make! The results are worth the time and effort though. I think it would fit this week's Less is More challenge too.

I have had a knitting day today and have finished item two of five (yay!) I'm hoping to make some 'just because' cards tomorrow.

Hi Jules , love this graphic font and the greens are yummy...I'm probably not the first to suggest you could enter this into Less is More this week who want a least 3 shades of green.

I disagree with you Jules ,it is a wow card.I love it and can see the time and effort put it,but it was really worth it because the different patterned paper make all the difference, but then again life is short.

That is a lovely looking card and probably seemed like a good idea at the time, but I think it would have hit the "sod it" box long before I had finished it if it were me making it! Well done for your patience! xx
