My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY

Hi Everyone

I hope you are all well.

We are still coughing and spluttering at this end .. .. ..  and are looking forward to spending a night where we both stay asleep for the whole duration!!

Today's share is an anniversary card and my first attempt at making some little swirly roses.  I quite like them.  There is a little tutorial here that shows you how to make them .. .. but I started off with a punched out circle of paper and didn't bother doing any of the drawing malarky.

Here is my make

This used:

Image:  Penny Black "1301K"Hedgehog Kisses
Sentiment:  Funky Hand Clear Stamps "Love N That"
Backing Papers:  Pink Petticoat
Martha Stewart Punches:  Traditional Scallop and Frond
Woodware Punch:  used to cut circles for the flowers
Josy Rose:  Nail Heads
ProMarkers
Diamond Stickles
Ribbon from the Stash Box

I am hoping for a good blog hopping session tonight once dinner is over and done with .. .. .. which reminds me .. .. get in that kitchen woman!!!  There is work to do!!!

Have a lovely evening everyone.

Love

Hi Jules
What a cute Anniversary card. Your swirly roses match that BP perfectly, they look as if they came from the same kit!!! You are clever.
Love the flowers from your last post too. I think I'll have a session getting some together, you always need flowers don't you.
Take care of yourselves and get better soon.
hugs Lisax

Beautiful card Jules, I love the flowers, but like you half of the time I don't do "malarky". I had a try with some paper roses a few weeks ago but I didn't like the end result much and it took forever.
